Single Landing Mt Owen

Our single landing Mt Owen LOTR tour takes you across the Tasman region and into Kahurangi National Park for a landing on Mt Owen. Known for its appearance in The Lord of the Rings, Mt Owen featured as the dramatic “Exit from the Mines of Moria” and was also used for various sweeping landscape shots throughout the films.

Our single landing Mt Olympus tour takes you across the Tasman region and Golden Bay into the northern end of Kahurangi National Park for a landing on Mt Olympus. This scene, known as “South of Rivendell” in the film, is one of the most recognisable Lord of the Rings locations in New Zealand.
